Marinated, glazed & served on a Vegetable and Orange Stir-fry Oriental sauce.

Boeuf Stroganoff
Julienne of Fillet Steak dusted with paprika sauté in White Wine & Brandy Cream & served with Rice.

Served with an onion, mushroom, tomato and pepper sauce.

Medallions of pork pan roasted with a green peppercorn sauce.

Anchor Surf & Turf
8oz Prime Fillet or Sirloin grilled to order. Served with ˝ a Lobster grilled with Butter, Garlic & White Wine, & garnished with a tossed Salad and 'shell on' Prawns.

Lobster Americaine
1˝ - 2lb Lobster. The flesh is cooked in a Tomato, Cream & Brandy sauce then served in the Shell with a savoury Prawn Rice garnished with 'shell on' Prawns.

Lobster Thermidor
This classic Lobster dish is cooked in a Lobster Veloute with White Wine, Cheese & English Mustard, placed back in the shell & grilled, then garnished with 'shell on' Prawns.

SHELLFISH PLATTER

For 2 Persons
Lobster Americaine, Fresh Crab, locally dived for Scallops, Shetland Mussels, Crevettes, Langustine & assorted deep-fried Prawns; Garnished & served with a savoury Prawn Rice & Garlic Bread, tossed Salad & 'shell on' Prawns.

FRESH SCALLOPS

Locally dived for in the Bay. The Scallops are seared in clarified Butter, served in their shells, with a delicious creamy Bacon & Mushroom sauce on a bed of savoury Prawn Rice, then garnished with a tossed Salad & 'shell on' Prawns.

MOULES MARINIÈRES

Cooked in White Wine, Garlic & Cream & served with Garlic Bread.
